RJ01 - Bhiwadi Rajasthan
RJ01 is Vee Tee Auto’s flagship greenfield manufacturing facility in RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, commissioned in 2023. Built for OEM-grade supply, it features advanced CNC machining, automated surface treatment lines, and an in-house testing laboratory under one roof.
Operating with lean manufacturing principles and full SAP-enabled traceability, every component is validated to the highest standards and backed by ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certification. Strategically located near Delhi and key automotive supply networks, RJ01 is designed to grow alongside our OEM partners.
Production Capabilities & Products
RJ01 is equipped for complete in-house manufacturing — from raw bar stock to finished, coated, and inspected components — ensuring full visibility and quality control throughout production.
What We Manufacture
RJ01 specialises in precision steering and suspension components for Heavy Commercial Vehicles and Agricultural Equipment, with a combined capacity of 450,000+ joints annually. The product range includes Tie Rod Ends, Inner Ball Joints/Rack Ends, Suspension Ball Joints, Drag Link Assemblies, Tie Rod Assemblies, Stabilizer Links, Track Control Arms, and Pitman/Idler Arms.
CNC Machining
The facility features a highly equipped machining setup with 26 CNC Turning Machines, 3 CNC Milling Machines, precision lathes, pillar drilling machines, induction hardening machines, ball burnishing machines, thread rolling machines, rotary MIG welding machines, and hydraulic seizing presses.
Surface Treatment
All surface treatment processes are managed in-house with a PLC-controlled phosphating line, semi-automatic powder coating line, and wet coating line to ensure consistent finish and corrosion protection.
Testing Capabilities
The lab houses 17 precision instruments covering mechanical testing, environmental simulation, dimensional measurement, and non-destructive inspection. Key capabilities include a 10-Ton Servo Electric Universal Tensile Machine, Axial Lift and Endurance Testing Machines, Muddy Water Test Rig, Vickers Hardness Tester, Salt Spray Chamber, Ozone Chamber, Hot & Cold Climate Chamber, Flexible Shaft Measuring Machine, 2D Height Gauge, Profile Projector, Contour Tracer, Spectrometer, Metallurgical Microscope, Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine, and Ultrasonic Crack Detection.
Every product leaving RJ01 is tested against defined acceptance criteria before dispatch, ensuring consistent performance and reliability for OEM partners.
Engineering Capabilities
1.AutoCAD – Used for 2D technical drafting across all component designs, tooling layouts, and manufacturing drawings.
2. SolidWorks – Industry-leading 3D parametric CAD software used to design, model, and simulate precision components — supporting the full product development journey from initial concept to manufacturing-ready output.
3. ZW CAD – Cost-effective precision drafting software used to support component engineering and technical documentation requirements.
